    • Insurance Payment (amount should be known in August; get expense approved immediately after budget is approved)
    • 2 copies of each
      • Evidence of tax filing for year just completed:  Federal 990, State 199, DoJ RRF-1
      • Prior year Annual Financial Report (budget to actual for July 1 - June 30)
      • Year end Audit, including closing period bank statement, Audit Checklist, List of Recommendations from Checklist
      • Current Year Budget
      • Current Year Goals, Program & Calendar
      • Draft of first General Association Meeting of year minutes showing that GA approved program, fund raisers, & budget
    • Updates to board roster
  • October Meeting
    • Insurance payment
    • Workers' Compensation Annual Payroll Form
  • November Meeting
    • Evidence of tax filing must be submitted
  • February Meeting
    • Mid-Year Audit, including closing period bank statement, Audit Checklist, List of Recommendations from Checklist
